Order Flow Lab is an educational drill application. It presents historical Binance market data (aggregated public trade records) as scored exercises about reading volume, delta, cumulative delta, footprint imbalance and absorption. All questions are observational: they ask what the historical data showed, not what anyone should do.
Nothing in Order Flow Lab constitutes investment advice, a trading recommendation, a signal, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. A high drill score does not mean you will trade profitably. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; most retail traders lose money.
Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions. The drills use cryptocurrency perpetual futures data; these are leveraged instruments where positions can be liquidated in full.
SMC ChartSense and its author are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as Research Analysts, Investment Advisers, or any other regulated category, and do not provide services that would require such registration.
Scenarios are built from Binance's public historical trade archive and shown as received, apart from aggregation into time bars and price levels. Historical behaviour does not predict future behaviour.
The unlock is a one-time purchase via Gumroad attached to a single account. A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than twenty locked drills have been attempted; email support@smcchartsense.com with your receipt. Disagreement with a drill's scoring rule is not a refund reason; rules are stated on each drill and applied identically to everyone.
Creating an account stores your email address. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never stored or visible to us. While you use the Lab we store your drill activity — which scenarios you attempted, your best score, the number of attempts and the time of your last attempt — so your progress survives signing out. If you unlock the course we store the licence key and the email on your receipt so access can be restored and refunds processed. A signed session cookie (ofl_session) keeps you logged in. The web server keeps ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, for security and debugging; these rotate automatically after a few weeks.
There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts anywhere in Order Flow Lab, and no third-party scripts of any kind. We do not sell, rent or share your data.
Three providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (hosted database and authentication — account records, progress and unlocks), Hetzner (the server the application runs on), and Gumroad (payment processing — card details go to Gumroad and its payment partners and are never seen or stored by us; Gumroad passes us the buyer email and licence key). These providers may store data outside India.
Account data is kept while the account exists. You may ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, delete it, nominate someone to act for you, or withdraw consent — email support@smcchartsense.com from your account address and we will act within a reasonable period. Deleting your account removes your account record, drill progress and unlock record; if you have paid, deletion also ends your access, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
